Maturing: 1/2 in new barriques, 1/2 in used barriques
Time of maturing: 16-18 months in barriques at least 4 months in the bottle

First year of production: 2002
Perfect with: Food with balanced, intense flavours, meat and game dishes – fried or stewed – for poultry such as pigeon or pheasant.
